A Story on 4th set of words

Drunk driving has always been an imperil to drivers and pedestrians. Statistics show that alcohol-related car crashes in the united states kill someone every 30 minutes.
The major problem with having alcoholic beverages and driving under its influence is that the driver can not make quick reactions and retain the control of the car. In many cases, if the driver is lucky and alive, he will find himself in a hospital and in the custody of the police. This is when the driver realizes what horrible blunder he had made.

Today governments know that they can not procrastinate, and must tackle this issue with every force they have. There are several alternatives for lowering the alcohol related fatalities. One way to reach this objective is by raising people’s awareness through media and advertisements. The governments spend a prodigious amount of money on ad campaigns every year

the second solution is a highly controversial proposal to ban all alcoholic advertisements or at lease those which take place at sporting events. And last but not least the increase of penalties. It is less likely to commit a DWI if it will result in loosing driving privileges for good; or if the outlaws are held in jail for a protracted time.
